I have a diverse range of experience areas, including Club Management, one-on-one training, group programming, corporate health programming, comprehensive wellness, nutrition guidance and post rehabilitation. My educational background coupled with decades of practical experience, has positioned me with the knowledge and expertise to help you reach your health and wellness goals.

As someone who’s adapted my own training over the years as I age, I understand firsthand that progress looks different for everyone.
